update failed to 5.1

Hello,
After this update my clip pro doens'n work. For example, if I move my head to the right I have the zoom instead.
I uninstall and perform the exe 5.1 but I have many choices /reboot/ignore/perform/cancel. I choice ignore .

Hi,

I just remove trackir5 with the exe of update 5.1 and reboot my system. I right click on this exe ( for administrator and I have full right on my system) i plugged my camera but it's always the same problem. Do you think it's better if I remove trackir 5 with windows program ?

I have this message of trackir mouse emulation: unabled to initialize trackir.

Ok I complete remove the folder naturalpoint and reinstall properly. All it's ok now.
