How to save settings

Hello all ,

i searched the forums but cant find an answer , because every time i set my settings in profiles and in the camera tab , and ofc i press the save button under profiles , but evertime i start again i must do all set my settings again ....

i use the software :

TrackIR version 5.1.200 (build 9414)

and i have win7 64bit
and i have the latest videocard drivers

Before making the edits, copy the profile, give it a name, and make the changes to that. Once you make the changes there, you can set it to auto-load when your games are launched under the titles tab.

I have just reinstalled track ir 5 on a new hard drive with a fresh install of WInxp Pro. The global settings won't stick, my profiles are saved but I have to reset "General Options" every time the computer boots.

I was not having this problem with the old installation on the old hard drive.

How can I fix this?

Edit: I un-installed and re-installed the TRack IR program and it seems to be remembering my settings. A previous un-install didn't work out very well, I got a "Locked file do you want to ignore" window.

This time I managed to remove TRack IR completely although the remove program hung up during de-install and I had to force-restart. A third attempt at de-installing managed to remove the program cleanly. My profiles are intact.
