Is it possible to switch to controlling mouse cursor

This might eliminate the need for a mouse for il2.

...no replies, maybe I didn't phrase my question very well.

Is it possible to control my mouse cursor in game with trackir? This would negate the need for a mouse in a home built cockpit situation where a mouse is inconvenient.

There must be a setting somewhere for this but I can't find it.

You can use the TIRMouse utility, but there is no way to switch between that and viewcontrol dynamically.
