Buying a TrackIR 5

Post by jpanside »

Hi, I recently got back into sim flying (A-10C) and I have been "persuaded" to buy your product! Just one quick question: If I buy from Amazon USA, will I still be under naturalpoint warranty and will I still be able to receive help from your tech department?

Thank you!

You are definitely eligible for both. One note: we honor the warranty from the date the unit was sold. So, you might check to see how long the Amazon seller has had the unit. If they've had it for 4 months, your warranty will be 8 months instead of 12. (If you buy direct, you will have the assurance of the full 12 months.)

Hehe. Actually, whatever you chose would be totally fine with me. Just wanted to make sure you had the full picture. Sounds like you're more comfortable with this decision, though, and that's what's important! :)
