Got TrackIR5 for retirement of my old TrackIR4 but when I tried to set it on the top of my monitor I noticed that magnet in either base or tracker is placed inversely so it tries NOT to stick together.
I don't have a compass or magnet with NS maker so I cant really tell if it is N or S.
And I'm reluctant to send it back to seller in abroad as it costs time and money just for sending back package.
My question is am I able to get a replacement ASAP?
I can PM support a url to my private youtube video to proof the product failure.
