Error: Attempt to access an unnamed file past its end

Post by LucyW »

Hi, we're having another issue in Arena which I've not come across having searched the forums.

Occasionally when we try to re-open data after capture, we get an error message:

"An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end"

There's nothing apparent that's different between these takes and others, and generally it only occurs on a few takes out of dozens that were captured at the same time. We are unable to open the files, so the data is unusable.

Does anybody know what might be causing this??

What types of files are experiencing this issue? .pt2, .pt3, or an environment file like a .skl .cal or .mcp

Could you send a corrupted .pt2 file to support@naturalpoint.com for analysis?
