TrackIR 5 with Trackclip Pro issues

When I use Trackclip Pro and I look down and to the left, for some reason, it translates that my head is moving down as well. When I look up and to the right, my head rises. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Also, when I use the reflectors, everything works well.
