Hello! i am in the US until the 31st of August and am wondering if you can guarantee delivery by then?

Depending on where in the US, and what you're purchasing, we likely can. TrackIR 5 and TrackClip Pro units ship same day, so if you select the appropriate shipment method, you should have it on time.

What does it mean by "TrackIR orders may require upto 10 business days?"

I apologize for the delay, our offices are closed over the weekend. TrackIR units are built here at our offices. While we attempt to maintain a stock of units on hand for incoming orders, occasionally we run out, and have to wait on our production to create more units. Due to this possibility, we warn that there could be a delay. Generally if we have a device in stock (and we usually do) we ship that day via the method you request.
