using with its your plane

i love this track ir 5. the only problem i have with it is if i use it with fsx it works fine. but if i use it with fsx and its your plane addon for a copilot as soon as its your plane loads the hot keys for track ir won't work anymore. id there anything i can to make this work. i hate having to restart it everytime its your plane starts. can someone please help.

I'm not certain I've heard of this before. Is it just the hotkeys that stop responding? Does head movement still track properly?
