IR5 not operating on bootup aircraft SF-260

Hello, When I load the Realair 260 IR5 does not operate. I choose another aircraft say Piper to which IR5 then operates and then reselect SF-260 and IR5 operates. My question is how do I configure to have the SF-260 operate with IR5 on bootup.I apologise if this is already covered somewhere and I have not seen the answer.

Is the 260 loading in a different cockpit mode?

When you load directly to the 260, do both lights on the TrackIR 5 camera light green?
