We have expression working pretty well with 6 100 cameras right now. Question, can we add 6 more to get more range of motion for the head movements? Is there a limit to the number of cameras for Expression?

This is definately doable. If you're using V100 or V100R2 cameras, the limit on total cameras is 24.

Expression is a facial motion capture suite that can capture and provide some cleanup options for this data. It's quite often used in animation, but uses in other industries (medical, for example) are common.
