Dear Readers and Revered Support!
I'm using five different games with the latest driver of model 5.
A-10C, Black Shark and Flaming Cliffs 2 with a custom profile.
Race 07 with Smooth profile.
But anyhow I try to retool GT-Legends to Smooth expl., (latest digital download version) it switches back to "default" in the next start of TrackIR software. Nothing helps at the moment.
Anyone knows a similar problem?
Thank You!
Forced Profile Switch-Back (Exclusive Profile Disabled)
Re: Forced Profile Switch-Back (Exclusive Profile Disabled)
Problem Confirmed with another customer(friend), GT legends profile switches back to default in every start of TrackIR.

Re: Forced Profile Switch-Back (Exclusive Profile Disabled)
This is likely due to permissions in windows not allowing the replacement or updating of files in the TrackIR directory.
Let's try some installation troubleshooting:
Unplug your camera, and uninstall the TrackIR software.
Download a new copy of the latest version of the TrackIR software, and save it to your desktop (note: do not run from the downloader).
Right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" (even if your account is an administrator) Finish the installation as normal, plug in your camera, and verify that drivers are properly installed via the device manager.
Run the software, and see if it works properly.
If this does not work, it may be a bit. We are in active development of a new installation method of TrackIR to eliminate issues caused by disagreements between some installations of Windows 7 and our older method of installing software.
