A way to re-centre during the game ?

Hi! Just started with Track IR to try & improve peripheral vision and enjoyment with FSX.
I often find that I need to 1) re-centre or 2) pause the movement while flying. I am using FSX on a full screen (TrackIR minimised) but the keys don't seem to work.
I know I read in the manual it was possible, but not for me. I have tried every way to "toggle" keys, etc. In full screen, it's only FSX keys.

Many times, due to permissions errors, FSX seems to block TrackIR hotkeys. The solution is generally to launch both programs by right clicking on the icons and selecting "run as administrator"
