�The problem? The camera doesn't track the clip. Even if I put the clip in front of the camera, it doesn't detect the clip (so the left green LED is always off). I know that the camera works, because if I point it to a window, it detects the light (and a red spot appears in the screen).
I have read the manual and:
- Unplugged and plugged the Clip from the USB many times (there was no problem, because the device manager always detected it).
- Uninstalled and installed the TrackIR 5 software.
- And restored Windows 7 to the last time TrackIR 5 worked.
All the time I spent doing this, the 3 LED points of the clip were off, no matter if the device was connected to the PC. I think the clip LED points are broken (the USB cord is well).
During this 5 months the Clip was always connected to the PC (but the PC was not always on!). Is this the problem? I didn't read anything about disconnecting the clip to prevent problems
