Is ther a way to assign the keys two two differant buttons (example joystick and Yoke) I dont want to keep reprograming this function everytime I switch controlers.

Unfortunately, no. They are programmed for single key only. You could program both controllers to have the buttons emulate a key, and tie the hotkey to that.
