Can't look down (pitch issue) *VIDEO*

Hello,

I have Track IR 5 with vector clip. I am having huge issues with pitch and can't properly look down (see the video):

Is this normal? Or do I have a faulty camera? As you can see while looking down the pitch value will actually start moving backwards. Also if I keep looking down and the clips get out of range - the camera jumps. There are no light interference as you can see from the video..

One more strange thing: when I do software update check this is what I get:

The TrackIR5 version you are using is : 5.1.300
The most recent TrackIR5 version available is : 5.1.200

Err.. I thought 5.1.3 is the latest final version?

I am on Windows 7 64-bit if that matters. I really need to somehow fix this, I can't look at instruments without my camera jumping all around..

It looks like your starting point is very low to begin with. Try wearing the hat angled a little higher.
