Trackir5+GTX680/670 stuttering

Hello. I have problems with stuttering when looking at clouds and dust (IL-2 1946, LockOn Flaming cliffs2, DCS: A-10, Cliffs of Dover) in combination Trackir5 + GTX 670 (also tested for GTX680). I tested also on AMD 7970, there is no stuttering. Yesterday I installed Windows on a new SSD stuttering is stale.My old ATI 5850 worked without stuttering. I also tried older versions of TrackIR driver, is still stuttering.

Hmm, so there's stutter when using the nVidia but no stutter with the AMD when looking at particle clouds with TIR?

You had mentioned the stuttering is stale with the SSD. Does that mean it's still stuttering or not stuttering?

Is TrackIR installed on the SSD or is it on a data drive?

There are lots of reported errors with stuttering in general (not just TrackIR) associated with SSDs, and many many factors that could effect proper operation. Do you notice any system stuttering anywhere else? What are the full system specs for your computer? Maybe a dxdiag dump would help here.
