TrackIR 5 Not Working

Hello,

I just got the TrackIr 5 and I tried installing it on two different computers(both win7 and win8) I installed the latest software from the web site and after that I tried plugging the usb but it did not work on both of them. When I open the software it says that Device not detected plus when I check from the device manager it says unknown device. What should I do with it?

What version of TrackIR software did you install? Currently it is still not supported for Windows 8, though that will be changing with the RTM on the horizon.

i figured it out, its the driver signatures thats been causing the problem for both win7 and win8 but now its working. Thanks for replying.

New installer coming out with the next version should address this.
