Buy TrackIr 5 Or wait?

hey guys. I am new to the simulation series and seen alot of videos on TrackIr 5. It seems it was released in 2009?!

Now approaching 2013, would it be smart to just wait for a new version of the series? Such as the TrackIr 6?

I really hate buying a product assuming its the best, and having a better version come out 4 months later.

Anyone with some information would be nice. Is it smart to buy a TrackIr 5 now?
