cannot open the main interface of the TrackingTools

The TrackingTools software has been worked well until yesterday when I tried to open the software interface as usual but failed to display. However, I can see a thread named "TrackingTools.exe" via the process manager.

What is worse is that the process cannot be terminated manually or via any other related tools.The computer can not be shut down either because of the process.

So there are two problems here:first,not able to use the software rightly;second ,the existed process cannot be terminated.

If the process can't be killed through the task manager by highlighting "TrackingTools.exe" in the processes tab and clicking "kill process", then it is almost certainly an issue with your copy of windows. Try it on another computer and see if it works for you.

For reference, what version of Windows, what type of computer, and what version of Tracking Tools are you using?

Well,the tracking tools works well with the computer perfect previously.The failure just came out these days.

For your reference,the window version is XP with SP3 and the tracking tools version is 2.3.3 final , and the computer is DELL desktop.
