Cordless Keyboard no Longer Works

Hello,

My Logitech keyboard, model EX110 no longer works when starting the TrackIR 5 client software. After closing the client the keyboard works fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software but no difference. I also tried several usb connections but still same problem. Any suggestions? your help would me much appreciated.

Have you experienced this issue with any other keyboards? Would it be possible to test? Is the EX110 appears to be a common receiver device with a mouse breakout. Are both the mouse and the usb plugs plugged into the computer or does it just use USB? If you have both plugged in, unplug the green mouse plug and try using it with just the USB to see if they both die when TrackIR runs or if just the keyboard dies.
