12 Camera Layout Best

Hi. What is the best 12 Camera Layout. I was looking through the FAQ and found 12CameraSetup.
Is it better to have the stands in a circular pattern? Is it better to have the cameras higher or lower on a given stand.

My current set-up is a rectangular pattern, with 6 cameras low, and 6 cameras high. The lower cameras are looking slightly down, and the high cameras are looking down.
