Track IR not detected

Hello all,
I new here and I don't now if there is a topic about this trouble yet. If so, I can't find it.

I've just bought a Trackir 5 device. my windows 7x64 OS always displays "could not find driver" (or something like that, it's in french). I tried with the latest TrackIR Drivers: 5.2.1(final) and with 4.2.1(final) with no result either way. I tried to unistall the USB device via administrator panel, uninstal driver restart computer twice and so on with no more results. I tried with various USB port (both USB2.0 and 3.0) of my computer but nothing more.
It works perfectly on another computer with TrackIR5.2.1 so I dont think the hardware has any problems.

Does anyone has an idea?

I would like to do a remote support session with you to get this up and running. You can get the client from our website at: http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/06-support/contact/ and I am available 9AM to 5PM PST. You will only be able to download the client during those hours. Once you run it will let you send me a message, just let me know what's going on and we'll get you all set up!

We were closed for the new year holiday yesterday when you tried to to do the remote session. If you could try again this week I will be here, sorry for the inconvenience!
