TIR3 Pro and Janes F/A-18

The Ultimate patch is not working for me with this simulation. I performed a clean install of Janes FA-18, the 1.01f patch and then the ultimate patch. The 1.01f patch was successful, but I do not see the Recenter_Tir in the Custom keyboard options. Tried this several times with no luck

If you are not using TrackIR software 4.1.025 with an updated game list, you will need to upgrade, if you are then I will defer to the experts!

I have the latest software and gamelist. Janes FA-18 shows up in my list of enhanced games.

Okay, come back from different busisness travel..
i see some post and readme about mode enhanced..
i would just precise somethings:

-1- the ultimate patch must be applied on a TSH F18.exe which has a size greater than 2 mbytes
(you must have installed HIres version or wideview ...)

doesnt apply the patch on the original F18.exe which has a size less than 500k..

-2- if you have some problems, check the file F18dev.log (folder resource). All about the loading of the trapper.dll and about the initialisation of TIR are written in it..

-3- you must have the blue led activated when TIR is okay (select this option if not selected in the TIR software)

-4- when i have done some tests with the mode Enhanced with XP, i was in WIN98 compatibility mode..its always the same problem with the game which have been developped under WIN98 and i dont know why some haven't problem and use the game without compatibility mode..

for me , with the laptop under XP, iam in WIN98 compatibility mode, with my computer i am playing without compatibility mode..!!

OK. That clears everything up. I will download the TSH F18.exe file, apply the ultimate patch again and run the program in Win 98 compatibility mode.

Okay the compatibility mode seems to be the solution to all problems..if we dont forget to update the gamelist...

I am running Win XO pro, TIR3(VE) 4.1.25and appliled ult patch, and all Frenchy's instructions. I don't see FA18 in the game list. uninstalled TIR and reinstalled, still no FA18?? TheTIR is "nonfunctional" in the game.???
