There was similar topic here, but I couldn't find it so I have to create the new one.
I have TrackIr 4 + TrackClip Pro with latest TrackIr 5 software.
The problem is: if I turn my head to the right (like 30 real degrees and 180 in driver/game), trackir coordinates on several axis begin jumping randomly. Left turns work perfectly. TrackClip lamps are shown as green and do not overlap while flickering occurs. This effect occurs in TrackIr software itself.
I couldn't record it in TrackIr software with MSI Afterburner, so I've made a video in WarThunder:

Re: TrackIR flickering while turning all the way right
Do you have the limit option set? Also does this behavior happen in the TrackIR software?
Re: TrackIR flickering while turning all the way right
I have same affect in TrackIr software, coordinates and head movement jumping chaotically when head turned right, can't record it now because MSI Afterburner only records 3D.
I dont have limit option set, and if I set it on YAW axis, I dont see much difference. Should I change limit settings somewhere to make it effective?

Re: TrackIR flickering while turning all the way right
Can you post a screen shot of your profile settings for the yaw axis?
Re: TrackIR flickering while turning all the way right
The way I fixed it today: trackir software reinstall and several plug-in/plug-outs from USB port.
