Falcon4.0 Allied Forces

Post by JG52SoraAkuma »

Greetings all,

It's been awhile since my last visit. I've been thinking of getting a new flight sim. Then I came across Falcon4.0 Allied Forces. Does anyone fly this sim? How is it compared to Lock-On and Wings Over Vietnam? Any input will be greatly apreciated. Best Regards, Sora

Greetings all, me again,
A slight change in my first post. I was thinking of getting Falcon 4.0 Allied Forces but yesturday evening I was cleaning out my closet and came accross the very first flight sim I bought. And you guest it, it was Falcon 4.0 ( the origonal ). Then I came accross Free Falcon 4.0 Web Site. They had done alot of work to bring this sim up to speed. So disregard the first post. I'm trying to make my trakir work on this sim. To early to tell why it's not working but I'll get to the bottom of this. I'll keep you all posted on this mystery. Best Regards, Sora

Thanks for your help Vincent. What I had to do was to download the Cobra Config. file. And in there were so many set-ups ( but easy to follow ) and the Trackir program was in there. So right off the bat I didn't have to use the padlock button. So for the Falcon 4.0 and the Free Falcon Programs, every thing is working fine.
Now for another situation, yup, I went ahead and bought Falcon 4.0 Allied Forces. And again I have to use the padlock button to activate the Trackir. Any idea on how to by-pass this? Any input will be greatly apreciated. Best Regards, Sora

If you dont have TrackIR control in game, simply press 3 in game to enter Virtual Cockpit.
