Problem with TrackIR5 and Dark Blue World

Is there a recognised error between TrackIR and the Dark Blue World version of IL2 Sturmovik 1946?
My DBW runs perfectly if I am not using TrackIR but fails to load beyond 95% if it turned on. The DBW program locks up after the 95% load.
Any advice please?
