The faulting module( bold above ) is not Microsoft or NaturalPoint.  It is with 
Webroot SecureAnywhere by Webroot Inc.  Do you have Prevx/Webroot SecureAnywhere installed?  This Library( 
DLL =

Library ), is related to the Webroot SecureAnywhere software, and is doing one of three possible things here: 1. - It is blocking the Track IR software, 2. - It has not allowed the software to install properly, or 3. - It is corrupt and is causing a catastrophic failure in the .NET framework.
My experience is telling me that your problem may be all three, of the above mentioned possibilities.  I think that Prevx/Webroot SecureAnywhere caused the TrackIR software to not install properly from the start, and then when it scans the file( as it is a 'real-time' scanner ), there is a problem with the library, and failing.  Try uninstalling the TrackIR software, and then the Prevx/Webroot SecureAnywhere Security Suite.  Then, install and run the TrackIR software.  You may just need to re-install the Security Suite after the TrackIR software is functioning.
