uncontrolled movement trackir&clip

Post by Dutch2 »

Sorry I'm a little bit frustrated about this 170,- euro fragile device. So after a long night of reading and adjusting, I finally could get some decent movement, only It is still not that good as a FREE software FacetrackNOIR/pointtracker/ps3webcam combo, but lets hope considring the 170,_ this could be adjusted by the right tweakings.

Right now I'm using a profile here from a guy at the Rise of flight forum. Main problem now, I still get a uncontrolled movement to the upperwings when I want to view to the left. I'm playing Rise of flight, a combat WW1 flysim

First I thought I had a strange movement illness but after putting the proclip in my hand and move, it was clear it was that TrackIr.
Did the testings at night and now this morning same result, so there can be no interfer from an extern light.
Both lights on the Trackir camera are on so the trackir is always recognize the proclip and those 3 dots in the software are green!
My Face is 65cm from that camara, is this ok

Why is this thing always going up when moving to the left, how can I adjust this :?:

did solved it by re-installing software and wear the clip on the left side of the headphone and not on the right side.

Now I'm going to tweak it, to get the 170,- euro TrackIR on the same performance as the FacetracknoIR :? . Not all things are negative, noticed that zooming on the TrackIR is much smoother BTW.

Hello,

This is good that you have resolved the issue. I recommend placing the TrackIR center to your TrackClip Pro if you have not already. Please let us know if you have any further issues.

Best Regards,
