why are not all the profiles showing up

Got some profiles from others and want to store them in my profile folder. Strangely some are showing up in the pull down menu en some not.

Ok did read the manual and according to this manual, this is not that simple, no they should be in:
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files\TrackIR5\Profiles
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\TrackIR5\Profiles
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\VirtualStore\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles

Sorry I'm running Win7-64 and I can not see any of these folders also the search function can not find any????

Hello,

You may have to change your folder options to view hidden files and folders. Navigate to control panel. Choose the "Appearance and Personalization" link. click on the "Show hidden files and folders" option. Under the "Hidden files and folders" section select the radio button "Show hidden files, folders, and drives."

They are all un-hide and still nothing.
But could it be that there is a difference in reflection cap and proclip profiles And I'm trying to use cap profiles but running in the proclip mode.

I hope it is not true, but does TrackIR software change the name of the profiles???

The tracking device does not determine the profile name. Have you tried reintsalling the TrackIR software?
