TrackIR5 stops working ingame (Arma 2 &3)

Hi, I've got a problem in Arma 2 and 3.
The TrackIR works perfect until a certain moment which I can't reproduce directly.

It tracks without problem (both LEDs enabled) and without any reason it stops tacking. No error message; LEDs still on.
Then I have to shutdown the software, restart in and move into the ingame controls which reinitialize the tracking system.

(latest software version and also game versions)

Anyone got an idea for this issue?

I am sure we can resolve this issue. I wonder if it is the TrackIR software version. I would like you to test TrackIR Software Version 5.1.3. If this does not work, please create a ticket at:
