I brought the Track Ir 5 pro brand new For flight Sim & Arma 3. I have tried & tried all different configs and set ups & profiles. It is absolutely imposable to play anything as it tracks on direction & not the other or instantly jumps to 180 degrees with the slightest movement of my head. I have tried the camera on top & Bellow as well as on either side of the monitor.
Also every time I adjust me headphones the clip falls apart & off.
I find it less stressful using the hat clip but its still not responsive enough to enjoy.
Very disappointed.

Thank you for posting your issue on the forums. I am sure we can resolve your issues. I believe you are having interference with a light source behind you. I would check your camera view for any red dots or blobs. I also invite you to create a ticket at:
