Hey guys.
Basically I have a tir5 that I'm trying to get hooked up but even though it seems to be working properly insofar as the program is concerned... Tells me what unit it is... Says its ready... Just doesn't show anything moving. I've tried it plugged into the same USB port as my other tir5 and the other works fine.
Does this sound like a simple "loose wire" issue or is the unit dead and I'm sol?

I submitted a request for support yesterday and I got confirmation that it was received... I do have my serial number etc in with that ticket as well as my contact info.
