New into this, how to get the license activated

is described that the sdk is available as a public download but a license is required, i have bought 3 track IR 5s that i am willing to use to test a game simulation software i am currently developing.

I can not find how to get the sdk working. i have the cameras serials but the license tool ask me a hash code & something....

Im just new in this stuff could anyone help me?
