Track window freezes

I just got my track ir and after installing the software I had some trouble getting the camera to be detected by the software. After re-installing and trying multiple usb ports I was able to get the software to detect my track ir 5. The track ir although could not see my track clip pro and I saw no tracking light on the unit .I can see the three lights working on the track clip pro so it defiantly works. After downgrading versions I was able to get the the track clip pro to show up but now the camera window in the software freezes after a few seconds and the only way to restart it is to open and close the application. I tried then upgrading the software to the latest version, I could see the the track clip pro showing up but the software still just freezes up every time you start it.

I am going to work through a few options with you through the helpdesk ticket you created. If anything changes or we resolve the issue, I would like it posted here. That way we can help anyone in the future with the same or similar issue.
