Help with my TrackIR 5

I just recently got TrackIR 5. My buddy and I play War Thunder and are starting to adventure into IL-2. With that said he got his before I did and he had already figured it out a little bit and had a set up for how he liked it. He sent me his file he used and I uploaded it with no problems.
The problem starts here. When I get into game I'm looking around just fine for about ten - fifteen seconds and then suddenly it starts freaking out on me, going all over the place. Once I move my head a little it'll fix itself without me having to use my Action/Center hot key I had set up. But the problem is that it continues to do that. Every ten-fifteen seconds it'll freak out on me and I have no idea how to get it to stop doing this.

If anybody has any advice or a setting I need to adjust, please let me know.
