TrackIR5 Extreme jitter issues

Plugged my TrackIR5 in after a long downtime of not playing any flight sims and received nothing but completely absurd glitches.

Tried reinstalling and plugging into a different USB port, composed a short video that shows what happens.

And no, it's not just me being horrible at describing things, that is really what is going on. Right-left-up-down.
