Track IR 5 software installation

My track IR 5 works OK on old PC running Windows 7 64 bit, home edition.
When I connected it on new PC also running Windows 7 64 bit, home edition, downloaded installation software and run it I got the following message: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that package exists and that you can access it or contact application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installation package".
The antivirus is off. Can you please let me know how to fix installation problem?.

Hello skypilot,

Have you deleted the installer and redownloaded? Often times when I see this problem it is because something goes wrong during the download. I would also suggest right-clicking the .exe and running it as an administrator. Please let me know if that helps correct this error for you.
