I purchased a TrackIR around Christmas and have since not used it a lot. At first it worked pefectly fine and I was very happy with it, but since a few weeks I can't get it to work anymore.
First off, it looks like only two LEDs of the four seem to be working (the bottom left and top right one). I wanted to take a picture of it, and since my camera picked up the IR light it looks like the other two are working as well, but are very very dim in comparison:
Additionally, I can only get the camera to track at an extreme angle with a very limited area making it unusable:
If I put the cap just a bit further away or slightly change the angle it doesn't get tracked anymore.
I highly doubt I have installed it incorrectly, since it worked just fine before. Multiple restarts, unplugging and plugging the TrackIR in again and restarting the software did not help.
Now I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if it is broken. Thanks in advance for any help!

Please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com. It looks like two of the IR LEDs aren't working and I'd like to explore what options we have to get this resolved as soon as possible.
