Message to Optitrack Tech Support.
I am using MotiveBody 1.7.1 and Flex 13 cameras. I want to be able to track a wrist marker, but not track fingers. Essentially, I want the wrist marker that is on the Baseline+HingedToe+Fingers marker set, and use it in the Baseline marker set. Currently, the Baseline marker set does not have a wrist marker.
Is there a way to do custom definitions of skeletons?
Best,
Safeer

Re: Custom Marker-set skeleton
Hello Safeer,
What you are describing is possible. In Motive, you are able to add additional markers to one of our Base Skeletons once it has been created. Simply use the following steps:
1. Create your Baseline skeleton
2. Enable the Assign Markers to Skeleton button at the top of the 3D view
3. Select the marker you wish to add to your skeleton
4. Holding the CTRL button, left-click on the nearby bone
Following these steps should add the marker to your skeleton and allow it to track with the rest of the marker setup.
Cheers,
Steven
