Update USB

Downloaded update TrackIR_5.2.beta 02.exe
When it goes to update NaturalPoint USb drivers,Error message says it is not a windows product.

How do you get around it?

Is there a reason you are using the Beta instead of the final version? What is the exact error that you are getting when you try to update the drivers?

Hi Mike,

I thought all versions may have to be installed to bring up to date. I did try the other versions ,but same
message. Windows did not recognize it as a proper windows program.

At the moment my computer won't access my windows profile, for some reason, I will have to get this fixed
first before we can continue.
