Hi, I have been using trackir5 & version 5.2.2 final on my windows 10 install with no issues for the last 4 weeks. Yesterday, it started misbehaving - as soon as I run the software, I get a blue screen or complete system freeze.
What can have happened to cause this? Its strange to have such a major system failure from running the software....
No updates have been applied as far as I am aware and I have tried uninstalling and re downloading the software , it makes no difference, same issue.
Can you help at all?

We are still testing Windows 10 and don't have anything official on it yet. Can you send me what event viewer has to say about the crash? Are you running the software as an administrator? Have you tried it with another version of the software? What is the blue screen failure code?

Hi, OK, I will check in system log for information.
I am running as admin and have not tried an earlier version ( was using latest and last version)
Like I say, was working perfectly for last 4 - 5 weeks, no issues. So something has changed somewhere....tracking it down is the tricky part!
