I know: you can create a skeleton by using one of the templates, auto assign markers, and then add your own/custom/additional markers
But I need to Know:
Is it possible to create an empty Skeleton, and then manually assign the markers to it ?
I need it, as I did a capture session in point-cloud mode, and now when I create a skeleton by selecting existing markers, the actor is not well aligned and its very difficult to set it at a default T-Pose

Re: Skeleton, customized
Hello mariano_mena,
Unfortunately, there is no way to generate a blank skeleton as you are asking.
When you select the existing markers, are you selecting only the markers that are part of the default skeleton setup? Doing so should allow the skeleton to be created, correctly, based only on those expected markers.
If the skeleton is still not generating correctly, it could be that marker placement, or the TPose, were not optimal for the skeleton creation. In this case you would need to manually rotate the bones into place.
If you need more help with this, please feel free to open a ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com
