Hi, i have a problem with the track clip pro. It wont work in the top left quadrant at all plus other minor issues on other quadrants as well. I followed all manual instructions; placing the camera off center to the left to match the clip center, configuring software, no other light sources etc... The track clip with the hat works perfectly. It appears that the dots overlap to eachother all the time and stop providing tracking data.
Can anyone help me?

Re: Brand new Track Clip Pro Issue
JohnnyQ85,
With the dots overlapping it means the TrackClip PRO and TrackIR are angled to the point where tracking is not possible in that section. The only solution would be to move the TrackClip PRO and TrackIR to a position that would allow tracking to be possible in that section.
Regards,

I tried everything, but the upper and upper left sections are impossible. I even got a new clip pro and still happens the same issue.

Hi,
This is a long shot, and I'm only posting as I'm new to all this, and so found this out the hard way - is there a chance your headset mic is blocking the IR signals? I was finding a strange deadzone looking left, and realised after a bit of head scratching that it was due to my mic being in the 'up' position, which obviously messed up the signal...

Winter,
Thank you for bringing that up. I haven't dealt with it personally, but it is something definitely worth looking for.
