TrackIR5 issue

hello, i need some help here...it seems that my camera is tracking everything in the room....not only that...but to center the clip reflectors, i have to hold the clip about 6-8 inches to the right of the camera.....needless to say...it's quite useless as it stands.....i have uninstalled everything...from all directories including the documents folder...rebooted, installed older softer, re-installed the newest software, attached is a screenshot of the problem, the light filter is set at max (256) and i am holding the track clip about 8 inches away and about 6 inches to the right of the camera, the red blob is my hand.

Have you created a ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com? I'd like to try a few different solutions before we post our findings.
