TiR5 and USB problem

Hello,
I haven't any problems with TrackIR on my spec from a long time till the yesterday . I haven't any idea how to solve it, any ideas?

I'm user of Logitech G930 headphones too (Soft and drivers 8.58) and from yesterday when I'd like to connect headset to USB and after this when I run software of TrackIR (Soft and drivers 5.2.2) the TrackIR isn't detected by software. When I run soft of TiR and I didn't have headset in USB (speakers only) no any problems with TrackIR.

It looks like USB problem for me (when Track IR and Headset USB are connected in the same time). I reinstalled soft of TiR and soft of sound card and headset 2 times and the problem still exists but from a long time no any problems with this combination... I didn't install the new soft or other program from few days.

How to solve it?

Btw. solved . It was a problem with printer.

What was the problem with your printer that caused the interference? I wouldn't mind knowing to look out for it in the future.

Hi Mike,

I have Canon MP550 printer (USB connection). When it is ON -ToR isn't working on my system (or sound), when its OFF - no any problem. My wife forgot to Turn OFF of printer and I didn't check it. Perhaps it's a soft or USB problem (port ect. I don't know). I have 19th USB units (panels, HOTAS ect.), a lot.... .

That is a lot of USB devices. Thank you for letting me know about the printer it will help me troubleshoot this issue more thoroughly in the future.
