I have the same problem as MikeT57 in his post of Jun 16, 2015 "Y Axis snapping to side when looking down".
Just got Track IR 5.2.200 Build 14548, installed fine and I'm trying to check it out.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit using an ATI Radeon HD 5700 video card.
I'm using the Default profile, get the 3 green camera lights and the camera/software tracks my movements.
I can move my head up to 90 or left and right to 90/-90 and all looks good.
When I move my head down passed about 35 and go just slightly to the left or right the screen goes totally erratic, jumping all over the place, unusable.
I've tried changing some of the settings but could not get it to calm down when looking down.
It's probably a setting or two but I just don't know what I'm doing so I would appreciate some guidance.
Thanks,
John

John,
I'm sorry about the delayed response. I'm not sure how this post slipped through the cracks. Would you please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com? We could go over a better profile set up for you and see what can be done about the view limitations you are seeing.
