Has anyone noticed that after installing the 3.03 software for TrackIR that the deadzone is not correctly working?
With 3.01, which came on the CD, I had no problems with deadzone at all, only the first couple of pts were set to 0, and everything was dandy, but now with 3.03 I have deadzone out to 10 and everything after that (20 through 50) is set to 2, and I still get very little deadband... and the movement is much faster. In 3.01 I had everything between 5 and 7 and it was smooth. Now, 5-7 is headache inducing
I noticed something odd though. Using the "Linked" axis (same speed horizontal and vertical, locked together) the graphs for the two axis look very different. For one thing, the vertical deadzone looks 2x as big as the Horizontal deadzone. It makes it very hard to aim in FB.
I didn't have any problems in 3.01.. should I revert back?
