Track IR5 and Windows 10 USB port problem

Hello there,

With Windows 8.1, there were no problems, everything worked smoothly.
After upgrading to Windows 10 , the track IR5 works no longer.
The software version 5.2.2 can be installed without problems. it is working properly (TrackIR 5 is not recognized).
But USB driver is not operating.
The TrackIR 5 will not start.
The Device Manager shows only an „unknown device“. I can not install an USB driver. I get the message :“ Update Driver Software / automatically search for updated driver software / driver software for the device was not found“. The USB port and the software has been changed several times / reinstalled. Perhaps there is an update or an USB driver.

Mit Windows 8.1 gab es keine Probleme alles Arbeitete reibungslos.
Nach dem Update auf Windows 10 Arbeitet das Track IR5 nicht mehr.
Die Software Version 5.2.2 lässt sich ohne Probleme Installieren... sie Arbeitet ordnungsgemäß nur der TrackIR 5 wird nicht mehr erkannt.
Der USB Treiber arbeitet nicht. Der TrackIR 5 startet nicht.
Im Geräte-Manager wird immer nur ein unbekanntes gerät erkannt.
Ich kann kein USB Treiber installieren.
Ich bekomme die Meldung (Treibersoftware aktualisieren / automatisch nach aktueller Treibersoftware suchen / Treibersoftware für das Gerät wurde nicht gefunden)
Der USB Port und die Software wurde mehrfach gewechselt / neu installiert.
Vielleicht gibt es ein Update / USB Treiber.
Ich hoffe dass sie eine Lösung für mein Problem haben.

Thank you Mike, i had the same Problem and your solution helped me.
I installed the Driver manually (in Device Manager) from the TrackIR5 Software Folder located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\

and it worked... the green light from my TrackIR5 turned on again... i thought first my TrackIR5 is damaged...
