Track IR issue with Windows 10

My track IR hasn't been working since updating to windows 10 Pro-64 bit. When looking in the device manager I get the "Unknown Device" notification, and it wont install the drivers. Not sure exactly what else I can try to hopefully remedy this.

Hello,

Did you do a clean install or an in place upgrade? It could be that the software is looking in the wrong location for the drivers now. Have you tried pointing the unknown device to the correct drivers?
